What is it ?

Real Time Call Manager is a service that receives phone calls on your behalf and then treats those calls depending on how you configure it.

 Its very quick and easy to setup too!

We offer three services:

  1. Standard (Multi-call handling services)

  2. Call Centre (Front office auto-attendant & On-Call Manager)

  3. International Call Conferencing

This functionality is normally only available in expensive and complicated systems you have to buy, install and support on your premises.

 

All Call Manager functions are available on the web and at very low prices that you can pay for as you use.

 

What are the different services?

Standard

This is a low-cost service designed for the small business or busy individuals that want ultimate control over incoming calls.

 


You get a number allocated to you (or bring your own VOIP number) and the following functions are available
  • Route to any number (change in real-time) e.g. Home, Mobile, office
  • Alternate route if busy or no answer - another number or voicemail (delivered as email)
  • Convert to fax - to receive a fax just click a button ( incoming fax will be delivered in an email)
  • Conference bridging - click a button and you can conference up to 5 incoming calls
  • Real time call records and reporting available
  • Up to 5 simultaneous calls

 

Call Centre (also used for On-call Manager)

  • Play a prompt and offer up to 3 options (eg "Press 1 for sales, press 2 ... " etc)
  • Full call queuing and management (3 queues)
  • On-hold music and on-hold messages (e.g. position in the queue)
  • Alternate routing and individual agent management (up to 15 agents per queue)
  • Overflow to voicemail (delivered as email)
  • Extensive Call Centre style reporting and analysis
  • Call recording
  • Call hold and transfer
